Overview

McDonald's North Fairview, located along the bustling Quirino Highway in Quezon City, stands as a familiar beacon for fast food lovers in Metro Manila. This branch offers the quintessential McDonald’s experience, balancing classic favorites with local twists that cater to a broad audience seeking quick, comforting meals.

The menu showcases a solid mix of staples and specialty items. Highlights like the brewed coffee and iced vanilla latte provide a smooth, refreshing pick-me-up for morning or afternoon breaks, while the iconic Apple Pie and BFF Fries paired with chocolate or caramel sundaes satisfy those cravings for a sweet finish. The inclusion of rice bowls—particularly the mushroom pepper steak meals—embraces Filipino tastes, making it more than just a standard fast-food stop.

Family-friendly options are well represented through the Happy Meals, which come in a variety of forms, from McSpaghetti to hotcakes and classic burgers, thoughtfully designed for kids and those young at heart. Group meals, such as McShare bundles, emphasize convenience and social dining, ideal for gatherings and hearty appetites.

In terms of space and experience, McDonald’s North Fairview has adapted well to the current health protocols. Acrylic table covers and a no face-to-face seating arrangement underline their commitment to safety. Food is delivered directly to tables, which reduces crowding and waiting times, enhancing the overall visitor comfort. However, the branch’s ambiance leans toward practicality rather than elegance, reflecting a functional design rather than a high-end feel.

The staff receives praise for their friendliness and efficiency, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite the occasional challenges seen during peak hours. The crew’s warm smiles and quick service make this spot a reliable late-night refuge, especially for solo diners looking to relax with a comforting meal and a good cup of brewed coffee.

Whether you’re passing through Quirino Highway or a local searching for a consistent fast-food option with a touch of Filipino flavor, McDonald’s North Fairview stands ready to serve. Its blend of classic menu items, health-conscious measures, and accommodating service make it a dependable choice in an ever-changing urban landscape.

Less customers even on a Sunday afternoon. Tables have acrylic covers for customers' protection while dining, also face to face is not allowed on the dining table. most of all, your food will be delivered to your table, no more waiting for your number to be called! in turn, just clean as you go to minimize the work of our dear crew members.

Food was the same as other branch. At the time we were there was quite busy so we ate while the previous customer's cutleries were set aside by us. No biggie on us, just seems like they need another set of hands as there was also another customer that's complaining about cleaning her table.

This branch stands the test of time, Quiriho hiway- Bulacan bound will never be with out this one... They managed to renovate the place in less than a month, but somehow it is lacking the luster and elegance compared to other McDonald,'s branches

Fast service and accomodating cashers and waiters. Crews are sweet and they smile all the time. My go-to place at night when I want to be alone and just chill. Always love the brewed coffee served. Although, I notice often times, gravy dispenser is empty. And no unli syrup for pancakes.

They are strictly implementing health safety protocols. No dine in. If you want to eat, you may do so but outside their workplace. But still, they are serving their customers excellent.

I used to eat here especially late at night going home to Bulacan. Drop by again today to have breakfast going back home. Made a stopover due to heavy rains and streets are already flooded.

The original order I placed was their limited edition fish and fries but they ran out. Was looking forward to eat it once more. Anyway, I was still satisfied with their share-o-meal and iced coffee! But what's up with the lack of A/C? It was hot outside so when I went inside, it was not cold enough. They must still be wary of the ongoing Covid-19 floating around. Still love to go back though!
